BUILDING 2 - THE QUALITY OF FUTURE

The two units composing Building 2 have an "L"-shaped structure, each unit will be provided with flats with different areas in square metres, from one to five rooms of the attic, open space with garden of property and loft for office use.

The flats are adorned by big balconies or wide private loggias; the bright attics are embellished by peculiar glass courtyards, that is to say, charming light sources that make the spaces more attractive.

The redevelopment of the buildings will be carried out paying attention to preserve the most meaningful characteristics of the property, incorporating all the elements necessary for today's living standards.

The properties will be developed pursuing two principals aims: the energy saving, that is the significant reduction of the costs for the winter heating and for the summer air-conditioning with an expected energy consumption lower than the legal requirements; the realization of very comfortable buildings.

These objectives are headed thanks to advanced technological solutions, resulting from research made into the most recent and modern residential housebuilding techniques for quality.
